You can indicate in your report layouts whether each report should print on its own page. To prevent a page break from being inserted between each report, perform the following steps.

  1. Choose Reports > Report Layout to open the Layout Designer dialog.
  2. In the Available Layouts list, highlight the layout you want to modify and click the Edit button. (You can also add a new layout. For details, see Creating custom layouts for reports.)
  3. In the Report title tab, clear the Page break at each standard report, Page break allocations detail report, and Page break data entry report checkboxes.
  4. Click the Enter button to save the changes to the report layout.
  5. Click the Close button to close the Layout Designer dialog.
