Selecting data for a graph

To select the data you want to display in your graph, peform the following steps.

  1. From the Define Graphs dialog, click the Data Source button to open the Define Source dialog.
  2. In the Module pane, highlight the module that contains the data you want to use.
  3. The Buttons / Tabs pane lists all of the buttons and tabs contained in the plan. Click the appropriate button name, then highlight the tab name that contains the variables you want to include in the graph. Each variable represents a field in the data-entry window.
    • To add a variable to the graph, highlight the variable in the Available Rows pane and click the Select button.
    • To remove a variable contained in the graph, highlight the variable in the Selected Rows pane and click the Clear button.
  4. To reorder the variables displayed in the Selected Graph Variables pane, highlight the variable and use the up and down arrows to move it to the desired location.
  5. Click the Close button to save your changes and close the Define Source dialog.
