Use this tab of the Layout Designer dialog to indicate whether the date, time, plan ID, and page number should print on the reports.

To open this dialog and tab, choose Reports > Report Layouts and click the Date/Page tab.

Note: To enable the fields in this dialog, highlight a layout in the list and click the Edit button, or click the Add button to add a new layout.

Fields & buttons

Page numbers and dates group box

This field displays the selected font. To change the font, click the Font button.

This field displays the point size for the selected font. To change the point size, either enter the size in this field or click the Font button.

Note: You cannot change the font size when the <System> or <Tax Projection> layout is selected.

Click this button to open a dialog in which you can change fonts, font styles, sizes, and effects.

Mark this checkbox to display bold font.

Mark this checkbox to display italic font.

Mark this checkbox to display underlined font.

[Date / Time] and [Plan ID / Page number] group boxes

Mark this checkbox to display the date on which the report was printed.

Mark this checkbox to display the time that the report was printed.

Choose either Top or Bottom for the position of the Date and/or Time.

Note: Date and Time are always displayed on the left side of the page.

Mark this checkbox to display the plan ID.

Mark this checkbox to display the page number.

Choose either Top or Bottom for the position of the plan ID and page number.

Note: Plan IDs and page numbers are always displayed on the right side of the page.

Date section (inches) group box

Enter values (in inches) in the available fields to specify the amount of space that should appear around dates and times at the top or bottom of reports.

Page section (inches) group box

Enter values (in inches) in the available fields to specify the amount of space that should appear around plan IDs and page numbers at the top or bottom of reports.
