Use the FileCabinet CS Options dialog to configure options related to backing up plan data to FileCabinet CS. By default, the automatic backup of plan data into FileCabinet CS is not enabled. You can enable the automatic backup of plan data or customize the settings using the fields in this dialog.

Note: This dialog is only available if you are licensed for FileCabinet CS.

To open this dialog, choose Tools > FileCabinet CS Options.

Backing up plan data into FileCabinet CS automatically

Fields & buttons

Mark this checkbox if you want Planner CS to automatically back up your plan data to FileCabinet CS whenever a plan is closed in Planner CS.

Use this field to determine the maximum number of backups to retain for each plan. You can retain between two and ten backups per plan.

Mark this checkbox if you want Planner CS to retain the last backup of a plan from each day. The data will be backed up whenever you close a plan in Planner CS.

Mark this checkbox if you want to enter a comment for each backup of a plan. Planner CS will open the Archive Client dialog each time you close a plan. Use the Archive Client dialog to enter the comment to be included in the backup description in FileCabinet CS.
