Use this dialog to enter quarterly Federal interest rates for the underpayment penalty calculation as they are made available by the IRS.

To open this dialog, choose Tools > Federal Interest Rates.

Note: A plan must be open in order to open this dialog.

Quarterly Rate

Enter the quarterly interest rate as it is made available by the IRS.

Note: If the rate was available at the time of the release of Planner CS, this field will contain that rate.
