To reset the password for a CS Payment account, do the following:
- In the CS Payment login screen, enter your Login ID and an invalid password, then click Login.
- In the Invalid username or password dialog, click Retrieve password.
- Next enter your login ID and email address.
- Enter your email address and click Email Password.
- You'll receive an email with a new password. Enter your new password into the Password field, and click Login.
Note: You can copy the password from the email and paste it into the Password field.
- When prompted, enter a new password and click OK.
- When returned to the login screen, enter your new password and click Login.
