Resetting a CS Payment Account password

To reset the password for a CS Payment account, do the following:

  1. In the CS Payment login screen, enter your Login ID and an invalid password, then click Login.
  2. In the Invalid username or password dialog, click Retrieve password.
  3. Next enter your login ID and email address.
  4. Enter your email address and click Email Password.
  5. You'll receive an email with a new password. Enter your new password into the Password field, and click Login.

    Note: You can copy the password from the email and paste it into the Password field.

  6. When prompted, enter a new password and click OK.
  7. When returned to the login screen, enter your new password and click Login.
