The Staff Schedule Summary portlet is available on the Firm Dashboard.

This portlet provides a quick overview of staff target work hours, assigned hours, and available hours for the specified date range.

• Click the Show Options button to display the date range and filter fields, or right-click the portlet and choose Show Options from the context menu.
  • Select a date range from the drop-down list, or select Custom Date Range, and then select the beginning / ending dates for the date range you want to see.
  • To filter the portlet by staff information, select an item from the Filter drop-down list, or click the More button to create a custom filter. See Filtering your data for more information on creating custom filters.
• Click the Field Chooser button to display the Field Chooser, and mark or clear the checkboxes for the columns you want to show or hide in the portlet.
• Click the title bar to open the Schedules tab of the Manage Staff screen.
