If the IRS provides instructions for a particular ToolBox CS form, you can access them via a link to the IRS website using this procedure:
- Click the Help
button at the top of an open form. - Choose Form Instructions > <name of form>.
You can also choose Form Instructions from the Help menu, or right-click and choose Form Instructions from the context menu.
Note: If the IRS does not provide instructions for the form, the Form Instructions menu command will be unavailable.
If you need a form that is not included in the list of forms, you can obtain it from www.irs.gov.
