Follow these steps to download and apply updates for ToolBox CS.

Note: CS Connect is not needed for users running ToolBox CS through the Virtual Office CS module.

  1. Verify that all other users have closed ToolBox CS and that the computer you use to apply updates is logged in to the network.
  2. Choose Utilities > CS Connect.
  3. Click the Connect now option.
  4. Mark the Retrieve available updates checkbox.
  5. Click the Call Now button to log in to our secure data centers and download all available updates.
  6. Click the Apply previously downloaded updates/licenses option.
  7. Click the Apply Now button.
