ToolBox CS: Problem installing Toolbox CS shared files

When installing a Toolbox CS update, you may experience an issue while installing the Toolbox CS Shared Files. The installation may stop after Step 1 (installing the Shared Files), and you receive the message below.

Installing to X:\WinCSI Installing ToolBox CS Shared Files...

Execute: msiexec.exe /i "D:\MSI\ToolBoxCSSharedFiles.msi" SHAREDFILESDIR="X:\WinCSI\" REBOOT="ReallySuppress"

Exit code: 0

ToolBox CS Shared Files Setup completed successfully.

Result: Ok

Verifying ToolBox CS Shared Files is installed...

Result: No

ToolBox CS Shared Files was not installed successfully.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, uninstall the Toolbox CS Shared Files from the Windows Control Panel. Once the Shared Files are uninstalled, restart the Toolbox CS Installation.
