Question

Why are my attribute amounts not transferring to Screen 982 after marking the Display available credits and carryover field?

Answer

Only credits and carryovers that would otherwise carry forward to the next tax year will display as an available attribute. If you have previously entered X in the Display available credits and carryover field, print preview the return, remove and then enter X again in the Display available credits and carryovers field in Screen 982 for C Corporations or Screen 982S for S Corporations to display the most current attributes available.
