MFA required for electronic filing

Thomson Reuters is committed to proactively evolving our security features to help you protect your firm and your clients' data. For more information about multi-factor authentication, see Multi-factor authentication overview.

The menu bar at the top of the Beneficiary Information window provides drop-down menus from which you can choose commands to perform various beneficiary data-entry tasks. The following table summarizes the commands available in these menus.

  • To open a menu without using the mouse, press CTRL and the underlined letter in the menu name. For example, pressing CTRL+R opens the Beneficiary menu.
  • Once a menu is open, press the underlined letter in the command name to select a command. For example, when the Beneficiary menu is open, press A to add a blank record in the Beneficiary tab in which you can enter data for a new beneficiary.
  • Many frequently used menu commands, such as Add Beneficiary, are assigned shortcut keys that allow you to choose the command without opening the drop-down menu first. For example, when the Beneficiary menu is not open, press CTRL+A to add a blank record in the Beneficiary tab in which you can enter data for a new beneficiary. When available, shortcut keys are listed next to the commands in the drop-down menu.
