You can include the engagement letter in the Web Organizer as an action items PDF. To do so, complete the following steps.

  1. Choose Setup > 1040 Individual and select the Organizer tab.
  2. In the Other return options section, mark the Print Individual Engagement Letter checkbox.
  3. Assemble the Web Organizer and transmit through CS Connect.

Note: The engagement letter is marked for inclusion in the web organizer (as an action items PDF) by default. If you mark the Print Individual Engagement Letter checkbox and the engagement letter still isn't included with the web organizer, choose Setup > 1040 Individual > Organizer tab and click the Organizer button in the Collation group box. On the Return Collation dialog, highlight Engagement Letter and verify that the Action Items PDF checkbox is marked. The engagement letter will not be included if this checkbox is not marked.
