Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on [[date]]. However, limited UltraTax CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET due to the approaching deadline.

Links to our most popular tax processing topics are available in the Alerts and notices section on the right side of most pages.

Use the state tabs at the bottom of the Apportionment Information window to enter state-specific apportionment information. State tabs appear only if you have added states to the client and if additional apportionment information is required.

To enter state-specific apportionment information, click the appropriate state tab at the bottom of the Apportionment Information window.

Fields & buttons

General information group box

UltraTax CS uses information you enter in this group box to complete form fields and answer questions that are not addressed in the Apportionment Information spreadsheet.

UltraTax CS transfers information from these fields to the North Carolina and Total fields on the Compensation of general and executive officers line of Form D-403, Page 2.

Mark this checkbox if the sales factor is to be used only once in calculating the apportionment percentage. If the partnership is required to double sales to calculate the apportionment percentage, do not mark this checkbox.

Click this button to open the Special Apportionment dialog to enter alternate apportionment information for the North Carolina Special Apportionment Worksheet.
