MFA required for electronic filing

Effective May 3rd, the 2017 version of UltraTax CS requires multi-factor authentication (MFA) to access the electronic filing transmission feature in CS Connect.

What do RET, EXT, and EXF indicate in CS Connect and in the Electronic Filing Status dialog?


UltraTax/1065 creates the following electronic filing return types.

Note: Although you can electronically file the extension for Form 8804, the IRS does not support electronic filing of Form 8804 and related forms and schedules.
