MFA required for electronic filing

Effective May 3rd, the 2017 version of UltraTax CS requires multi-factor authentication (MFA) to transmit e-files from CS Connect. Find out more.

Use the following guidelines to enter a foreign address in Screen 2290 in the General folder.

  1. Enter the street address in the Address field.
  2. Enter the city in the City field.
  3. Leave the State and Zip code fields blank.
  4. Select the foreign country using the Foreign country drop-down list on the right. UltraTax CS automatically completes the text field on the left for informational purposes only.

    Note: The country code is required when filing electronically.

  5. Enter the foreign province or foreign state in the Foreign province or state field.
  6. Enter the foreign postal code in the Foreign postal code field.

Note: If the address is in Canada, you can enter the Canadian province in the State field and leave the Foreign province or state and Foreign country fields blank.
