Before you provide Email or Web Business Organizers, review the default contents of the organizer and decide if you want to modify the package.

Review each organizer item thoroughly, then determine if there are any items that you want to always include or always exclude in the Email or Web Business Organizer for each client.

Entity-specific Excel spreadsheet file
  • Shareholder information: Displays S Corporation and IC-DISC shareholder information (such as names, SSN/EINs, addresses, etc.) from the Shareholder Information window in Shareholder Information.
  • Shareholder basis: Displays a template for entering S Corporation shareholder capital contributions, shareholder loans to the S Corporation, and S Corporation repayments on shareholder loans.
  • Changes of ownership: Displays a template for entering changes in shareholder ownership.
  • Officers: Displays the officer's name, address, and other information. Also includes a column for the client to enter the officer's compensation.
  • Income & Deductions:
    • Displays a template for entering trade or business income if the display condition is set to Always in Screen OrgOptns.
    • Displays prior-year data entered in Screen Inc in the Income & Deductions folder if the display condition is set to If data in Screen OrgOptns.
  • Separate Inc & Deductions: 
    • Displays a template for entering separately reported income and deductions for an S Corporation if the display condition is set to Always in Screen OrgOptns. 
    • Displays prior-year data entered in Screen K in the Schedule K folder if the display condition is set to If data in Screen OrgOptns.
  • Cost of Goods Sold:
    • Displays a template for entering cost of goods sold information if the display condition is set to Always in Screen OrgOptns. 
    • Displays prior-year data entered in Screen A in the Income & Deductions folder if the display condition is set to If data in Screen OrgOptns.
  • Assets:
    • Displays a template for entering corporate asset information if the display condition is set to Always in Screen OrgOptns. 
    • Displays prior-year data entered in Screen L in the Balance Sheet folder if the display condition is set to If data in Screen OrgOptns.
  • Liabilities & Equity:
    • Displays a template for entering corporate liabilities and equity information if the display condition is set to Always in Screen OrgOptns. 
    • Displays prior-year data entered in Screen L-2 in the Balance Sheet folder if the display condition is set to If data in Screen OrgOptns.
  • Farm:
    • Displays a template for entering trade or farm income and expenses if the display condition is set to Always in Screen OrgOptns. 
    • Displays prior-year data entered in Screen F in the Farm folder if the display condition is set to If data in Screen OrgOptns.
  • Farm Rent:
    • Displays a template for entering farm rental income and expenses if the display condition is set to Always in Screen OrgOptns.

  • Rent:
    • Displays a template for entering rental income and expenses if the display condition is set to Always in Screen OrgOptns.

  • Estimated Payments: Displays the estimates set up for the client in the prior year.
  • Bank: Displays the bank information from the prior-year return.
  • Vehicle Mileage and Vehicle Questions: Displays a template for entering the mileage driven during the year, and lists the vehicle questions shown on Form 4562.
  • Asset Purchases and Asset Sales: Displays a template for entering asset purchases made during the year and the sale of assets.
  • Employee Health Insurance: Displays prior-year data entered in the Employee and insurance coverage information statement dialog in Screen GBC-7 in the Credits folder.
  • Partner information: Displays partner information (such as the partners' names, SSN/EINs, addresses, etc.) from the Partner Information window in Partner Data Entry.
  • Changes of ownership: Displays a template for entering changes in partners' ownership.
  • Beneficiary information: Displays the name, address, and email address for each beneficiary included in View > Beneficiary Information.
  • Income sources: Lists the payers and types of income included in the prior-year return, such as mutual funds and pass-through entities.
  • Rental income: Lists the income and expenses from prior-year rental activities.
  • Officers: Displays the name, and address, and email address for each officer included in View > Contributor/Officer > Officer Information.
  • Contributors: Displays the name and address for each contributor included in View > Contributor/Officer > Contributor Information.
