How can I prevent next year's organizer from printing for clients who did not use them this year?


If you do not want a Business Organizer to print for a specific client next year, choose None for the Organizer Delivery method in the Client Communications dialog. If you decide later that you want to print a Business Organizer for that client, choose the desired option in the Organizer Delivery column in the Client Communications dialog.
