Error Code FW2G-502:  Form W-2G, 'PayerEIN' must match data in the e-File database.

Verify the EIN entered on Screen W2G, located under the Income folder.  Note you may have more than one W2G to review.  If an EIN has been entered incorrectly, enter the correct one and then you can recreate and resubmit the electronic file.  If all EINs have been entered correctly and match the Forms W2G, then the return will need to be filed on paper as the IRS does not have the EIN on file in the e-File database.  If filing the return on paper, refer to 1040 - US ELF:  Form 8948 - Paper Filing Exceptions.
