MFA required for electronic filing

Effective May 3rd, the 2017 version of UltraTax CS requires multi-factor authentication (MFA) to access the electronic filing transmission feature in CS Connect.

Error Code IND-902: The Primary SSN in the Return Header has been locked. The account was locked per the taxpayer's request. 

If the IRS issued a six-digit identity protection PIN to the taxpayer due to identity theft, confirm that the PIN was entered in Screen IDAuth, located under the Electronic Filing folder, in the Taxpayer field.
