Error Code SH-F1040-520-01: Schedule H (Form 1040), 'EmployerEIN' and 'EmployerNameControl' must match data in the e-File database.

Verify the EIN has been entered correctly on Screen H, located under the Taxes folder. If it needs to be corrected, enter the correct EIN and then you can recreate and resubmit the electronic file; otherwise, you'll need to contact the IRS and file the return on paper.  If filing the return on paper, refer to Form 8948 - Paper Filing Exceptions.
