Error code R0000-937-01: If Form 990-PF, Item G, "Initial return of a former public charity" checkbox is not checked, then the return type indicated in the Return Header must match the return type established with the IRS for the EIN.

This return is rejected due to the EIN and return type indicated do not match what the IRS has in the e-File database. Verify the EIN entered under File > Client Properties. If the EIN was entered incorrectly, enter the correct EIN and then recreate and resubmit the electronic file. If the EIN was entered correctly, you'll need to contact the IRS e-Help Desk for assistance. If this cannot be resolved, the return will need to be filed on paper.

Note: If filing a 990-PF, you may also receive error codes F990PF-905-01 and F990PF-906-01. The information above applies to these error codes.
