Listed are the expected turnaround times once a web tax return or organizer has been transmitted from CS Connect in UltraTax:

  • If a web organizer was transmitted from UltraTax at 9:31 a.m., then it should appear in the NetClient portal at 10:00 a.m.
  • If a web organizer was transmitted from UltraTax at 9:58 a.m., then it should appear in the NetClient portal at 10:00 a.m.
  • If a web organizer was completed in NetClient by clicking "Send to Preparer" at 4:31 p.m., then you may retrieve it in UltraTax at 4:45 p.m.

Note: Times are approximations and may vary depending on the workload of Thomson Reuters servers.
