This can occur by pushing web organizers and then renaming the client before retrieving the completed one.

The resolution is to rename the client(s) back to the original client ID from which they were originally pushed and have the client send to preparer again. The client's organizer will have to be retrieved again as well.

If licensed for NetClient CS you can force the organizer to be completed and send to the preparer again without having your clients complete the same task.

In order to force the completion of the organizer back to preparer, do the following:

  1. Login as the portal administrator.
  2. Click on Admin.
  3. Click on Users in the NetClient CS section.
  4. Select your client within the NetClient CS User column and click the View Portal button on the right.
  5. Once within your client's portal, select the Web Organizer and click Send To Preparer.

You can also complete organizers for multiple clients by following these steps.

  1. Login to NetFirm CS as Portal Administrator.
  2. Click on Admin.
  3. Click on My Tax in the NetClient CS section.
  4. In the All Clients pane on the right, enter any part of the client's first name, last name, or client ID in the Find field.
  5. Select the clients and mark the checkbox in the complete organizer column.
  6. Click Enter.

Note: Web Organizers get processed on the 1/2 hour so you will need to wait until the next 1/2 hour mark to retrieve the completed organizer.
