With the launch of Windows 10, Microsoft's newest operating system, all CS Professional Suite applications (except AdvanceFlow and GoFileRoom) are supported for use with Windows 10. AdvanceFlow and GoFileRoom will support Windows 10 in a future release.

As a Microsoft partner, Thomson Reuters follows the general rule that our software is tested and supported on any operating system currently supported by Microsoft. Visit our System Requirements page for product specific details.

Despite active testing and support for CS Professional Suite applications on Windows 10, Thomson Reuters does not recommend the early adoption of new operating systems and/or major updates due to unforeseen issues with third-party applications or the operating system itself, which may hinder your business processes and productivity.  Consult your qualified IT professional before upgrading your operating system.

With regard to Virtual Office CS and SaaS users, the Citrix client is supported on Windows 10. However, if you are upgrading from Windows 7, Windows 8, or Windows 8.1 and have an earlier version of Citrix Receiver installed on your computer you may run into problems. Citrix recommends uninstalling Citrix Receiver prior to upgrading to Windows 10. After the upgrade, you may re-install Citrix Receiver.  See HHTC topic Citrix Receiver and Upgrading to Windows 10.
