MFA required for electronic filing

Effective May 3rd, the 2017 version of UltraTax CS requires multi-factor authentication (MFA) to access the electronic filing transmission feature in CS Connect.

In addition to printing mailing labels for your clients and for various taxing agencies, UltraTax CS enables you to enter names and addresses for custom mailing labels.

  1. Choose Utilities > Mailing Labels > Custom. UltraTax CS responds in one of two ways:
    • If you have already entered information for custom mailing labels: The Select Custom Labels dialog opens. Click the Define Custom Labels button to open the Define Custom Labels dialog.
    • If you have not already entered information for custom mailing labels: The Define Custom Labels dialog opens.
  2. Click the Add button.
  3. Enter the name and address in the four Address fields.

    Note: There are four address lines for custom mailing labels.

  4. Click the Enter button to add the custom mailing label to the list.
  5. Click OK to return to the Select Custom Labels dialog.

Tip: To edit an existing custom mailing label, highlight the label in the list and click the Edit button.
