Answer

The following is a list of forms available in UltraTax CS that are not included in the electronic file, but allow the return to be filed electronically.

  • Form 56, Notice Concerning Fiduciary Relationship
  • Form 673, Statement for Claiming Exemption from Withholding on Foreign Earned Income Eligible for the Exclusion(s) Provided by Section 911
  • Form 843, Claim for Refund and Request for Abatement
  • Form 1045, Application for Tentative Refund
  • Form 2159, Payroll Deduction Agreement
  • Form 2848, Power of Attorney and Declaration of Representative
  • Form 3520, Annual Return to Report Transactions With Foreign Trusts and Receipt of Certain Foreign Gifts
