Use this dialog to print various apportionment reports.

To open this dialog, choose Apportionment > Print Reports in the Apportionment Information window.

Fields & buttons

Print button

After you mark the corresponding checkbox for the desired report in the Print what group box, click this button to print the report either to a printer or to FileCabinet CS. Note you need to have FileCabinet CS installed on your computer in order to use the To Cabinet printing feature.

Preview button

After you mark the corresponding report checkbox in the Print what group box, click this button to preview the report on screen before you print it.

Copies

Enter the number of copies of the report you want to print, or use the up and down arrows to change the number in this field.

Print where group box

Printer

Mark this checkbox if you want to print copies of the selected reports to the printer.

Store image in FileCabinet CS

This checkbox is only available if you are licensed for FileCabinet CS and have the application installed. Mark this checkbox if you want to store copies of the selected reports in FileCabinet CS. If you mark only this checkbox and not the Printer checkbox, the Print button on the right side of this dialog becomes the To Cabinet button. Click this button to print the selected reports to FileCabinet CS.

Print what group box

Print property report

Click this option to print a report detailing the information that appears in the Property tab of the Apportionment Information spreadsheet at the top of the Apportionment Information window.

Print payroll report

Click this option to print a report detailing the information that appears in the Payroll tab of the Apportionment Information spreadsheet at the top of the Apportionment Information window.

Print sales report

Click this option to print a report detailing the information that appears in the Sales tab of the Apportionment Information spreadsheet at the top of the Apportionment Information window.
