Federal S Corporation consolidated group consists of:

Consolidated designation Client name
Consolidated client Colors Consolidated Company, Inc.
Parent client Colors Parent Company
Subsidiary Subsidiary Red
Subsidiary Subsidiary Yellow
Subsidiary Subsidiary Blue
Eliminations client Federal Colors Eliminations Company

Wisconsin group consists of:

Consolidated designation Client name
Consolidated client Colors Consolidated Company, Inc.
Parent client Colors Parent Company
Subsidiary Subsidiary Red
Subsidiary Subsidiary Yellow
Eliminations client State Colors Eliminations Company

The Wisconsin group does not include the federal Subsidiary Blue.

  1. In this situation, choose File > Client Properties.
  2. In the Group tab of the Advanced Properties dialog, highlight Subsidiary Blue in the consolidated group list and click the Remove button.
  3. Repeat this procedure with the applicable eliminations clients.
