How do I display multiple donations on a single copy of Form 8283, Page 1?
Answer
Form 8283, Page 1 generates once for each group of five input screens completed. The exception to this rule is if partial interest and/or restricted use information is entered, in which case a separate Form 8283 generates for each donation with partial interest and/or restricted use information.
