Use this procedure to delete information from the Apportionment spreadsheet.
- Highlight the required data.
- Delete the selected data by doing any of the following: press the DELETE key, click the Cut button on the toolbar, or choose Edit > Cut.
Tips
- To select an entire spreadsheet column to delete column data, click the heading at the top of the column.
- To select an entire spreadsheet row to delete row data, click the component heading at the beginning of the row.
- To select the entire spreadsheet to delete spreadsheet data, click the main component tab in the upper-left corner of the spreadsheet.
