Question

Which UltraTax/1041 forms are not included in the electronic file, but allow the return to be filed electronically?

Answer

The following is a list of forms available in UltraTax/1041 that are not included in the electronic file, but allow the return to be filed electronically because the forms are filed separately from Form 1041.

  • Form 56, Notice Concerning Fiduciary Relationship
  • Form 706-GS(D), Generation-Skipping Transfer Tax Return for Distributions
  • Form 706-GS(D-1), Notification of Distribution from a Generation-Skipping Trust
  • Form 706-GS(T), Generation-Skipping Transfer Tax Return for Terminations
  • Form 706-QDT, U.S. Estate Tax Return for Qualified Domestic Trusts
  • Form 1041-A, Trust Accumulation of Charitable Amounts
  • Form 1041-T, Allocation of Estimated Tax payments to Beneficiaries
  • Form 1045, Application for Tentative Refund
  • Form 2848, Power of Attorney and Declaration of Representative
