Question
How do I print the details of the Form 1041-A, Part I – Income and Deductions, and Part IV, Balance Sheets if the total income is less than $25,000?
Answer
Choose Setup > 1041 Fiduciary > Federal tab, click the Other Return Options button, and mark the Furnish detail for Form 1041-A if not required checkbox. If you mark this option, UltraTax CS generates a diagnostic.
