Question

When I switch from Screen 8283P1 to the form, the information I just entered is not shown on the form. Why?

Answer

Up to five transactions are printed on a single Form 8283. If, for example, you are entering the second transaction, switching to a form puts you on the second Form. If you are entering the third transaction, switching puts you on the third form. Depending on the information entered, transactions one through three may have printed to the first Form 8283. If that is the case, you will need to page back to see them.
