Which forms in UltraTax/1040 are not eligible for electronic filing?

Answer

The following is a list of forms available in UltraTax/1040 that are not eligible for electronic filing. These forms would disqualify a return from electronic filing eligibility, unless indicated otherwise.

  • Form 1040X, Amended U.S. Individual Income Tax Return
  • Dual-Status Return or Dual-Status Statement
  • Form 433-F, Collection Information Statement
  • Form 8873, Extraterritorial Income Exclusion
  • Form 14039, Identity Theft Affidavit
  • Form W-7, Application for IRS Individual Taxpayer Identification Number
  • Form W-7(COA), Certificate of Accuracy for IRS Individual Taxpayer Identification Number
