To send a batch of email Organizers at one time, follow the instructions below.
- In UltraTax CS, choose Setup > Client Communications.
- Enter the client's email address.
- Use the program-generated password or change it by entering your own password in the provided field.
Note: The password options are set within Password.
- In the Organizer Delivery column, select Email (PDF). To assign multiple clients at once to an organizer delivery method, choose Utilities > Reassign Clients.
- Click OK.
- Choose File > Print Organizers.
- Click the Email PDF option.
- Click Clients. The clients that have an email address entered under Setup > Client Communications (refer to Steps 1 and 2 above) will be listed on the right-hand side of the Select Clients to Print dialog. If you need to enter email addresses for clients on the left-hand side, click Cancel and return to Setup > Client Communications. Otherwise, click OK.
- Note that the Per client settings option will now be selected. At this time, you are ready to assemble your organizers, so click Print.
- When the process is complete, UltraTax CS will inform you of how many clients were successfully emailed.
