Client's organizer is not available to print

If None is selected for the organizer delivery method in the Client Communications dialog, complete these steps to print the client's organizer.

  1. Choose Setup > Client Communications.
  2. Select Paper from the drop-down list in the Organizer Delivery column.
  3. Click OK.
  4. Choose File > Print Organizers.
  5. In the Print Organizers dialog, click the Print option.
  6. Click the Clients button. The client is now available to print.

Note: The client organizer is not available when a new client is created via the Filing Status Optimization utility.
