To send a blind copy of the web organizer email notification to the firm (or to the assigned preparer, reviewer, or staff member), complete the following steps. 

1. In UltraTax CS, choose Setup > Client Communications.
2. Click the Web Delivery Options button.
3. Mark the desired Send a blind copy (BCC) to checkboxes (Firm, Preparer, Reviewer, and/or Staff) to select the recipients for the blind copy of the web organizer notification. 
4. Click OK.
