Preparing paper organizers for scanning into FileCabinet CS

If you plan to scan your paper organizers into FileCabinet CS, we recommend that you disable the page shading prior to printing your clients' organizers. To do so, complete the following steps.

  1. In UltraTax CS, choose Setup > Office Configuration > Print Options. (Depending on your UltraTax CS configuration, the Print Options tab may be located under Setup > User Preferences.)
  2. Click Page Layout and Shading.
  3. Click the Organizer tab and adjust the shading to None.
