How clients can add forms to web organizers from within NetClient CS

Your clients can add additional forms to their web organizers from within NetClient CS. To do so, they complete the following process. (Note that these steps are covered in the Web Organizer help, which your clients can access from within the web organizer.) 

  1. The client logs in to their web organizer via the link your firm provided via the email notification that UltraTax CS sent out when you transmitted the web organizer to NetClient.
  2. The client selects the appropriate form from the Web Organizer Index section.
  3. They then click the Add Forms button in the bottom-left corner of their browser window.


  • You can disable the Add Forms button prior to transmitting the organizer by marking the Disable the 'Add Forms' button in Web Organizer to prevent the client from adding new forms during data entry checkbox in the Setup > 1040 Individual > Organizer > Options dialog.
  • Your client can add additional copies of several forms, including W-2, W-2G, 1099Q, 1099R, 2439, and/or 1099M.  Show me the complete list.
