New (tax) year, new help!

Fixed Assets and UltraTax CS 2023 help is now on Help and Support. We're still moving articles, but you can find most content for the 2023 tax year there. Continue using the Help & How-To Center for tax years 2022 and older.

The web organizer questionnaire helps you collect specific client data that might affect the client's tax return, such as whether the client has married or has had a baby. You might want to customize the web organizer questionnaire to incorporate specific questions directed toward a particular type of client. You can also create additional questionnaires based on the standard questionnaire.

Notes

  • Each default questionnaire is available in English or Spanish. To print a Spanish questionnaire, mark the Spanish client documents (Cover letter, engagement letter, greetings, questionnaire, custom paragraphs) checkbox on Screen Letter in the Organizer General folder.
  • If you previously modified the CS Default web organizer questionnaire, your modifications also appear in new questionnaires that are based on the CS Default questionnaire. You can add, delete, or modify questions as necessary.
  • Before transmitting web organizers to your clients, you can set the desired options for all web organizers using the NetClient Organizer Options dialog.

Creating new web organizer questionnaires
