Use this procedure to delete information from the Apportionment Information spreadsheet, Cities and other returns spreadsheet, and State Everywhere Force dialog.
- Highlight the data you want to delete.
- To delete the selected data, do one of the following.
- Press the DELETE key.
- Click the Cut button in the toolbar.
- Choose Edit > Cut.
Tips
- To select an entire spreadsheet column, click the heading at the top of the column.
- To select an entire spreadsheet row, click the component heading at the beginning of the row.
- To select the entire spreadsheet, click the main component heading in the upper-left corner of the spreadsheet.
