Use this dialog to enter additional property, payroll, and revenue information not entered elsewhere in the Apportionment Information spreadsheet.

To open the Additional information dialog, choose View > Apportionment > Maryland tab. Click the Additional Information button. Note that you must have a 1065-MD client open to open this dialog.

Fields & buttons

Additional rent expense used to calculate capitalized value (Annual)

Enter additional expenses, other than rent, associated with the privilege of occupying or using rental property. These amounts are combined with Rent - Annual Expense entered in the Property tab, multiplied by eight, and transferred to the Form 510, Page 3, Rent expense line.

Officer compensation

UltraTax CS transfers entries in these fields to the Form 510, Page 3, Compensation of officers line.

Dividends

UltraTax CS transfers entries in these fields to the Form 510, Page 3, Dividends line.

Capital gain net income

UltraTax CS transfers entries in these fields to the Form 510, Page 3, Capital gain net income line.
