Use this dialog to complete form fields that are not addressed in the Apportionment Information spreadsheet.

To open the Additional Sales Information dialog, choose View > Apportionment > Wisconsin tab. Click the Additional sales information button. Note that you must have a 1065-WI client open to access this dialog.

Fields & buttons

Sales of tangible personal property shipped from WI to the federal government in a state where the taxpayer would not be taxable under P.L. 86-272

UltraTax CS uses information from these fields to complete the Wisconsin field on Form A-1, Part I, line 2b and the Total Company field on Form A-1, Part I, line 4.

UltraTax CS also uses these amounts in the apportionment percent for Interstate Telecommunications Companies, Form A-2, Part I-E, line 22b.

Double throwback sales

UltraTax CS uses information from these fields to complete the Wisconsin field on Form A-1, Part I, line 3 and the Total Company field on Form A-1, Part I, line 4.

UltraTax CS also uses these amounts in the apportionment percent for Interstate Telecommunications Companies, Form A-2, Part I-E, line 23.

Gross receipts from the use of computer software

UltraTax CS uses information from these fields to complete the Wisconsin field on Form A-1, Part I, line 5a and the Total Company field on Form A-1, Part I, line 6.
