If preparing a return for a member to be included in a New York (or New York City) combined return, you must complete apportionment for all such members at the separate company level, even those that are 100 percent in-state. UltraTax CS combines data from all members to calculate the combined apportionment factor. Use the elimination client to eliminate any inter-corporate transactions. To enter apportionment, choose View > Apportionment.
