Fixed Assets and UltraTax CS 2023 help is now on Help and Support. We're still moving articles, but you can find most content for the 2023 tax year there. Continue using the Help & How-To Center for tax years 2022 and older.

These credits are administered by the Governor’s Office of Economic Development, and do not appear on the Utah forms or in the form instructions. Taxpayers who qualify for one of these credits receive a certificate from the Governor’s office of Economic Development with instructions on how to claim the credit and the code to use. Without a certificate, a taxpayer cannot claim any of these credits.
