UT-1040 NJ: Line 18 not including all losses from Schedule B

According to Schedule B instructions and page 46 of NJ-1040 instructions, any loss derived on line 4 of Schedule B is not to be included on the NJ-1040 line 18. Losses are only used to offset gains from Schedule B.
