You must complete Form SD 100, Schedule B, Earned Income Tax Base School District Amounts, for residents of districts that use the earned income method when determining taxable income. A list of districts and the taxing method employed is available in the School District Income Tax return instructions.

The full-year resident wage calculation is the total of Form W2, Box 1 wages and statutory employee net earnings from federal Schedule SE, less any adjustments for military pay for active duty outside Ohio.

The part-year resident wage calculation uses Ohio wages in place of Box 1 wages and net earnings from self-employment on federal Schedule SE. Force fields are available on the OHSD screen in the School District Gen folder for wages and self-employment.
