Oklahoma withholding on royalties should be entered on the federal StPmt screen, located under the Payments folder, within the Other withholding field. When the state postal code on this screen is coded as OK, any withholding entered in this field is included on Form 511, Page 2, Line 23 or Form 511 NR, Page 2, Line 43.
