Fixed Assets and UltraTax CS 2023 help is now on Help and Support. We're still moving articles, but you can find most content for the 2023 tax year there. Continue using the Help & How-To Center for tax years 2022 and older.
To indicate that a partner is exempt from withholding, file Form IL-1000-E, Certificate of Exemption by marking the Prepare Form IL-1000-E checkbox under View > Partner Information > Illinois tab. This form cannot be filed by individuals or grantor trusts; the checkbox will be grayed out if the partner is indicated as either one.
